After a long chain of severe defeats and improbable tension of all forces, the long-awaited counterattack of the Soviet armies which begun on November 19, has led to a full encirclement of the German grouping near Stalingrad. The main objective for supreme headquarters now is not to allow the opponent to escape from the trap and systematically destroy it in the pocket. In case of success this operation would lead to crash of the Germans on the southern front and make their allies to step-back.

Your task: join a strike group of four IL-2s on a ground assault raid to an enemy aircraft parking on the Gumrak airfield. You’re the wing leader. Fighter cover is provided by two LaGG-3 planes. Be careful on the route and in the target area, mind high probability of air defense fire.
